Padovano Strings was founded by violist Karl Stuen in 2005.  Karl has extensive experience with classical music performance, having appeared with many ensembles in the U. S. and abroad.  He has studied with acclaimed chamber musicians including members of the St. Lawrence String Quartet (Palo Alto, CA) and the Pro Arte String Quartet (Madison, WI).  He has performed in such venues as Carnegie Hall (New York), el Teatro Colon (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and the Sheldonian Theater (Oxford, England).
